Collaboration

Good collaboration is key to any success. Being able to work with others and listen to others is a part of good collaboration as well. When we have group conversations in class the whole class should be involved. Everybody should be able to talk atleast once without being judged. The number one rule to good collaboration is letting everyone in the whole group have a say. In the video we watched i noticed and heard that there was no boss man; everyone was treated equally and fairly. I also noticed that their finished project had a taste of everyones idea. To have good collaboration in the blog groups is very important because everyone in your group has a different spoken mind and might have a different perspective. You just need to collaborate with each other and work it out. Processes that they were using in the video was splitting in to groups and asking professionals and people on the streets and constantly finding new ideas and listening to every single one of them.
