Reflection About Motivation
Today in class we watched a video on motivation and talked about motivation because it's not about how much you get of a reward or what you get that gets you motivated. What I mean is that if you get more money, you will be more motivated, but you're wrong because when you get the money you won't even focus or care about being motivated any more and only think about the money you got. It also means that being motivated doesn't really work because it makes thing worse. When we finished watching the video, our class discuss and thought that the best way of being motivated is by doing what you love or like, than rather being forced to do what you don't like.
Making Connection & Nelson Mandela
When I'm making a connection between me and Nelson Mandela, all I think of is that we really don't have a lot in common, but we do have some in common that I can make a connection of. For example the first thing is that Nelson believes that any race is equal and none of the race is better than each other, just like me. Second thing is that he protest to the things that he believed that wasn't fair and wasn't right. The last thing is that Nelson Mandela change the world and also change the course of the modern history. What we can learn from Mandela's life is how he stands up to the things that he believed in, so he can change it and try to make a better place. The world is celebrating his life because it was an opportunity to reflect on the man who led the fight and won against apartheid.
