Connection and Nelson Mandela motivation

The motivation video that we watched showed us that usually to get motivated you would most likely be receiving a reward or a "prize". And that would make you way more motivated than somebody just telling you to do something for nothing in return. You probably wouldn't do that same quality of job. 

And Nelson Mandela is a amazing person to look up to because he wanted to help people for nothing in return just the gratification of helping people. That is one reason why we are looking up to him and celebrating his death.
