What makes a good collaboration skills is when you're working well with others and fair share of work because your peers can have a lot of different idea than what you have. When you think that some of your peers are not bright, you should still give them some work to prove that they are bright by giving them a second chance and encouraging them that they can do it. The inquiry process takes a lot of time because you have to take time to research, observe and planned it out. When you have the process you can set the criteria, divide the group so they can do their part and than build it when their done. How to generate creative ideas is by getting information from your research, so you can share your ideas without judgement from your peers.
